The telecommunications and digital government regulatory authority (TDRA) released its new website and digital service platform.

The new website updates are aimed at providing the best user experience, enriching the digital content, and unifying the digital workplace. TDRA has consolidated all programming and technical tools used in its websites and platforms, to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the team.

On the other hand, TDRA’s digital service platform aims to provide quick and efficient services that meet the expectations of the customers. The platform meets the wise leadership’s directives to make the UAE a global leader in digital services.

Being the first government entity that connects all its digital services with the UAE Pass, a customer should have an account in the UAE Pass to get TDRA’s digital services. Those who do not have a UAE Pass account yet should download the UAE Pass application and create an account to access TDRA’s digital service platform.

Regarding the new website and digital service platform, H.E. Mohammed Al Kitbi, deputy director-general for the support services sector, said, “TDRA focuses mainly on user happiness. To achieve this goal, TDRA constantly works on developing its services and launches initiatives and plans to satisfy the ambitions and needs of the customers. TDRA uses the best technical tools in its website and digital service platform to enhance efficient service provision. The current development of digital services in the UAE is based on an advanced digital infrastructure developed by TDRA, whose role is to enable digital transformation at the national level.”
