The Digital Transformation World 2023 (DTW23) event has successfully concluded, leaving behind an impressive trail of achievements and enthusiasm. Hosted by TM Forum, this year's gathering proved to be a resounding success as attendees from across the globe convened to engage in discussions and exploration of the future of the telecommunications and digital industries.

With over 3,700 attendees representing 114 countries, the event witnessed a substantial 20% increase in participation compared to the previous year. Furthermore, a significant announcement highlighted the event's impact, as CSPs were proudly revealed to now serve over 1 billion subscribers through Open Digital Architecture (ODA).

DTW23 boasted an outstanding lineup of speakers, featuring more than 300 experts who graced the stage. This diverse array of voices included CEOs, top executives and expert developers who generously shared their insights, experiences and visions for the future of telecommunications and digital transformation.

The event was further enriched by the presentation of 54 catalyst innovation projects, showcasing the collaborative efforts of over 170 companies and involving the expertise of more than 1,000 participants. These projects illuminated groundbreaking solutions and concepts poised to reshape the industry, reaffirming DTW23's commitment to innovation and industry advancement.

DTW23 served as a global marketplace, hosting 119 exhibitors representing various sectors within the telecommunications and cloud industries. This bustling marketplace provided a central hub for networking, idea exchange, and the showcasing of the latest technologies and solutions.

Central to DTW23's mission is the focus on unlocking the value of data, a key driver for creating virtually limitless opportunities within the communications ecosystem. In line with this commitment, TM Forum has launched its pilot Innovation Hub program. This initiative is aimed at addressing the most pressing challenges facing the telecom industry by establishing collaborative spaces. These spaces will bring together top talent from the global technology sector to work on high-priority projects geared toward fostering innovation and revitalizing growth within the telecom sector.
